Page numbers.

Printed handouts, contracts and reports read better numbered, and some filings require it. This tool stamps a page number onto every page at the position and in the format you choose, using pdf-lib in your browser, so the document is never uploaded.

Frequently asked questions

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. The numbers are drawn in entirely in your browser via pdf-lib, offline-capable, and the file never leaves your device.

Can I start from a number other than 1?

Yes — set any starting number, useful when a cover page should not count. Every page still receives a number in this version.

What formats and positions are available?

Plain (1), current-of-total (1 / N), or labelled (Page 1), placed in any corner or centred, at the top or bottom of the page.
